Negatives - quantity

There is a problem that non-native speakers have with words of quantity being used with negatives. When the quantity is 'all' or similar words, we usually put the negative element in a sentence into first place.

One example is Everything has not gone right - here the normal native English idiom is Nothing has gone right. Another is All the world has not heard of this - here it would be more natural to say Not all the world has heard of this.
