This category holds AWE's articles on the homophones listed in the fourth list of homophones printed by the then Poet Laureate Robert Bridges in the second "TRACT" of the Society for Pure English (London, [OUP]], 1919). This fourth list contains the native English names of natural species which co-incide with other, more common, words. As an article on each of these homophones is completed and added to the category Category:Bridges III, the corresponding entry in this 'working page' list will be deleted.
