Howse, Christopher and Preston, Richard (2007) She Literally Exploded: the Daily Telegraph infuriating Phrasebook, London, Constable.

This little book was compiled from a long correspondence among readers of the newspaper the Daily Telegraph, and shows some expressions that are disliked among them. They are commonly stereotyped as middle class, older than average, and right wing. Some of this may be supported by some of their dislikes. Others, however, are disliked by all pedants, even young left-wing types who read the Guardian.
