The word vaccine is traditionally pronounced in British RP with the stress on the first syllable - 'VACK-seen', IPA: /ˈvæk siːn/. In 2021, it is becoming common to use the American pronunciation which stresses the second syllable, 'vack-SEEN',IPA: /væk 'siːn/.
