Despite its occasional use in the local speech of Hull, this is not a verb in formal English. The verb is 'to demolish'; the noun is demolition not demolitioning. Note that the sound after the first '-i-' is the same for both, regardless of their different spellings ('-ti-' and '-sh'): 'sh' (IPA: /ʃ/).
